pkok Terms & Conditions

This document sets out all the conditions for using the pkok platform. Please read it in full before creating an account.

Introduction & Applicability

1. General Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pkok platform and all services provided through it. When you register on pkok, participate in any game, make a deposit, or withdraw funds — you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

pkok is a secure online entertainment platform for Bengali-speaking players in Bangladesh. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2. Applicability of the Terms

These Terms apply to all of the following:

  • Any person who browses the pkok website.
  • Any person who has created or wishes to create an account on pkok.
  • Any person who uses pkok's gaming or betting services.
Age Restriction: For persons aged 21 and above only. No one under age may create or use an account.

Account & Registration

3. Account Creation Requirements

To create an account on pkok, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • Each person may operate one account only.
  • Keeping your account information confidential is your own responsibility.
  • You may not operate an account on behalf of another person.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of operating a safe and responsible platform, pkok reserves the right to verify identity when required. We may put withdrawals on hold until the verification process is complete. Providing false information may result in account closure.

Please note: Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

5. Account Closure

You may contact us at any time to request closure of your account. pkok also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

  • Violation of the Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity.
  • Provision of false or misleading information.
  • When required for security or system protection.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

6. Deposit Rules

pkok currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

  • Deposited funds are added to the account once verification is complete.
  • Use the correct reference number when making a deposit.
  • Deposits in a third party's name are not accepted — deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account.
  • Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

7. Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

  • Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used to make the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
  • For large withdrawals, additional documents may be requested if identity verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals may be suspended if fraud is suspected.
Processing time: pkok aims to process every withdrawal quickly. This is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

8. Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example 1: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200. Before withdrawing the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be placed (on the bonus portion only).

Example 2: A deposit of ৳14,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳22,000.

9. General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus applies to one account once only.
  • Withdrawal is not possible before the wagering requirements have been met.
  • If the terms of any bonus are violated, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be cancelled.
  • pkok reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer.
  • Multiple accounts, or multiple members of the same household using the same device, may result in bonuses being cancelled.
Warning: If bonus abuse or any fraudulent activity is detected, the entire account balance may be forfeited.

10. VIP Program

pkok's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP level depends on your activity and participation on the platform. The cashback terms for each level apply separately.

Gaming Rules

11. General Gaming Terms

All games on pkok are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Keep the following in mind while playing:

  • Each game has its own rules — read them before starting.
  • If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet for that round may be cancelled and refunded.
  • Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software bug or error will be considered void.
  • The use of automated bots or third-party software is strictly prohibited.

12. Sports Betting

A variety of markets are available in pkok's sports betting section. Some specific terms apply to sports betting:

  • Once a bet has been accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except in specific cases).
  • If an event is cancelled, bets placed on that event will be refunded.
  • Odds may change at any time — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
  • pkok reserves the right to cancel bets or withhold winnings in the case of suspicious betting activity.

13. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkok:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Placing bets solely for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
  • Attempting fraud, deception, or exploitation of technical loopholes.
  • Stealing or using another member's account information.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
Consequences: Involvement in prohibited activities may result in account closure and forfeiture of the entire balance.

Liability & Limitations

14. Service Availability

pkok aims to provide the highest quality of service. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable for the following reasons:

  • Scheduled maintenance.
  • Unexpected technical issues.
  • Issues with third-party service providers.
  • Internet connectivity problems.

pkok is not liable for any loss resulting from a service disruption.

15. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances is pkok liable for:

  • Any loss caused by a failure of your internet connection.
  • Any loss caused by sharing your account information with others.
  • Any loss caused by the actions of third parties.
  • Service interruption due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

16. Dispute Resolution

The support team will review the complaint and work to find a fair resolution for both parties. pkok retains relevant information, transaction details, and game logs related to the review, and these will be considered as final evidence.

18. Account Security

To keep your account secure, please follow these guidelines:

  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately.
Please note: If someone else uses your login credentials, you are responsible for any transactions that result.

pkok's logo, brand name, website design, content, and software are entirely the intellectual property of pkok. Using, copying, or distributing any materials without prior written permission is prohibited.

22. Changes to Terms

pkok reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

23. Language and Interpretation

These terms are written in Bengali. In case of any conflict in translation or interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.
